Where are you located?
I am originally from and am currently a happy resident of
Vancouver, Canada. My studio is located in the middle of the
downtown area, at 525 Seymour street. I have also lived in
Los Angeles, California and Gothenburg, Sweden.

Can I visit your studio?
If you live nearby or are planning on visiting Vancouver, I
would be pleased to have you visit! (keep in mind I can be quite
shy and/or nerdy at times). If you wish to save on shipping, You
may also drop by to purchase items directly from me. I work at
ny studio almost every day, but please send an email to make
arrangements.

I don't want to send payment online or through paypal.
Can I place an order any other way?
Yes! Many customers prefer not to send payments online. If you
wish, you may mail me a cashier's cheque or money order
instead. Please send an email to receive mailing information.

I want to order a gift for my friend. Can you send a note
with my order and not include a receipt?
I would be honoured to send your gift. Please include a note
when you place your order stating your gift-note message, and
any other special details you have in mind as well!

I need a gift, quick! how fast can you send my order?
Since most lovelydesign items are hand-crafted in smaller
batches, immediate availabilty may vary. (although I always try
to keep a stock of most items at all times.) If you need a gift
sent quick, please send an email to check what i have available
for immediate shipment!

Can I have my order couriered to me?
Yes! Please send an email for more information.

Can I place a custom order?
Minor product changes can generally be adjusted for you,
although it really depends on what you have in mind. Other
custom orders may be possible as well. Please send an email
with your thoughts and I will get back to you as soon as I can!

Are you able to place an order for a large quantity of
items?
If you wish to place an order for a large amount of one item,
the more notice the better! Please send an email with your
thoughts and I will send you a time estimate.

Are the journey / pocket books currently available in
other colours?
To make things simpler, I only place 4 journey and pocket book
cover colours online at a time. However, other colours are almost
always available. Please send an email to find out what is
currently available!

Are all of your note books hand-bound?
Yes! The journey and pocket books are perfect-bound by hand
using muslin, environmentally friendly contact glue and PVA
(archival bookbinders paste). The Beautiful Conifers of Canada
exercise books are hand-stitched using waxed linen thread, and
then slipped inside the bookcover and lightly glued into place.
The Take Me Too! book covers are hand-bound using PVA glue
and the (semi water-resistant) vintage maps, and coated linen
librarians tape. They are then wire-bound by a local bookbindery.

Are all of your items made by hand?
Yes, very much so!
