placing an order
To place an order, simply browse through all available items
to decide what you would like. To select an item to purchase,
click on the product button located beneath the "select to order"
title. Click on the "view order" button to review your entire
order. When you are ready to check-out, all on-line shopping
transactions are handled and secured through Paypal.com.
Proceed through check-out as directed.
You may have to set up a free account with Paypal before
checking out. A paypal account is free, and is an easy, safe
and secure way to make payments on the web. If you
encounter any difficulties with ordering, or prefer not to send
payments over the internet, please send an email and we will
help you as soon possible.
processing time
Most lovelydesign items are hand-crafted in smaller batches,
so immediate availabilty may vary - however a complete
stock is attempted to be kept up at all times. When you place
your order, you will receive a email confirming your
purchase along with an estimated shipping time. Please
ensure that you provide your most current email address
with your order so that we are able to contact you! Most
items ship within 5-10 business days, however, during
peak periods select items may take from 20-30 business
days to ship. If you require your order to be shipped
immediately, please send an email to check current availability
and shipping times.
shipping
All lovelydesign orders are sent from Vancouver, Canada via
Canada Post Air Mail, and should arrive at their destination
within 5-10 business days. International orders should arrive
within 5-20 business days, depending on your local postal
service times. Local and other Canadian orders should arrive
within 2-8 business days. If you require faster shipping times,
please send an email to make arrangements.
insurance
Although it is very rare, every so often we do have packages go AWOL in the mail. This occurs approximately once every 200
packages. All lovelydesign orders over $75 are shipped
automatically with insurance. Any orders valued under $75
DO NOT INCLUDE insurance. If you wish to place your
order insured please send an email and we will make
arrangements for you. Unfortunately at this time we can no
longer provide refunds or replacements for your uninsured
order that has gone AWOL in the mail. You can help to insure
that your contact imformation and shipping address that you
provide with your order is correct and up-to-date!
international orders
Every lovelydesign order is shipped to anywhere in the world.
Shipping rates for all locations is calculated upon check-out.
gift giving
lovelydesign would be honoured to send your gift to your
loved one's address and we would be happy to include a gift
note. If you wish for one, please state your message for the
recipient when you place your order. And be sure to include
any other special details you have in mind as well!
returns + exchanges
Any lovelydesign refunds and exchanges will be taken on a
case by case basis. I very much want you to be completely
satisfied with your order. If there is any problem, please
send an email as soon as possible explaining your concerns.

lovelydesign very much respects your privacy, and would

lovelydesign never sells or distributes any information,

to the lovelydesign mailing list, you will be sent an email
approximately 2-3 times per year with product news, special
events, and upcoming sales and promotions.
